Indulge In A Healthy Chocolate Almond Mousse Recipe

Lia’s book focuses on helping those struggling with making good and healthy food choices learn how to improve their relationship with food and eating. Here’s how to whip up her Chocolate Almond Mousse:

The Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim ricotta cheese

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 packet of organic stevia (or to taste)

  • 1/2 oz sliced almonds

How to make Chocolate Almond Mousse:

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together except almonds. Pour into a small ramekin and top with almonds. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Serve and enjoy.

And if you’re feeling extra fancy, add a few raspberries on top!
