While September is finally upon us, fall is still technically a few weeks away. But that doesn’t mean we can’t start preparing for the loveliest time of the year in every way imaginable.

Little Women (2019)
L. M. Alcott’s classic tale of the four March sisters, their mother, and their tight-knit bond and love for one another is one that always warms our hearts. Set in Massachusetts in the 19th century, this gorgeous movie will get you right in the mood for all the family gatherings that fall will bring. Anne of Green Gables (1985)
L. M. Montgomery’s beloved story of Anne, a red-haired, passionate, idealistic orphan who finds a home, a family, and a community in the fictional town of Avonlea is one that will give you all the best fall feelings. Anne is most definitely an autumn-lover that gets it, famously saying, “I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” We couldn’t agree more, Anne! Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009)
Wes Anderson’s stop motion animated comedy centers around a fox who rallies his group of animal friends against his evil farmer neighbors. It’s a fun, family-friendly watch, offering a good time and a whole lot of laughs to anyone watching. Knives Out (2019)
